Cindy Clegg has spent 30 years honing her talents as an award-winning strategic communications specialist. Her knowledge and understanding comes from a background as a CBC journalist and a public affairs career in politics, government, business and industry across Canada.
As president of her own communications practice, Cindy has worked closely with Burke Cader Media Strategies since the firm was founded in 2001. She successfully competed for Standing Offers with both Health Canada and Indian and Northern Affairs Canada with John Burke and Alvin Cader included as key members of her team.
Cindy has designed and implemented communications strategies on several high profile federal government initiatives involving public health, veterans and Indian residential schools.
Cindy has been honoured with two of the highest awards available through the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
