Paul Adams is Executive Director of Strategic Communications and Media Relations for Ekos Research Associates and was instrumental in forging a strategic alliance between Ekos and Burke Cader Media Strategies. This association extends the range of communications offerings for both firms, giving clients access to high-level strategic communications counsel supported by best-in-class public opinion and market research and analysis.
Paul is the primary liaison for the two firms through their joint Standing Offer with Industry Canada. Since joining EKOS, Paul has led communications projects for government involving strategic communications, internal communications, preparation of communications products including Op-Eds and speaking notes, media analysis and media outreach.
Before joining EKOS, Paul had a distinguished career as a journalist in television, radio and print. He is a full member of the faculty of Carleton University's School of Journalism and Communications and holds degrees from the University of Manitoba, the University of Oxford, and Columbia University.
